Casa Pasadena is a three-bedroom, two-bathroom home in Old Town Scottsdale. With its soaring ceilings, unfussy (but still very elegant) furnishings, and pretty accessories, this home’s open-plan living area is dramatic, yet welcoming. The living room is spacious and has a flat-screen TV, a fireplace for cooler evenings, and an exit to the backyard. The master bedroom is white-painted and peaceful, with a trendy barn door to the master bathroom. The backyard is your own mini resort with a private pool lined with tall palm trees and a built-in BBQ.

No pets allowed

Quiet hours 9 pm-9 am.

Pool heat is an additional $150.00 +t ax daily.

Landscapers and pool vendors have access to the backyard to do work on their scheduled days. Service days have the possibility of changing and do occur up to two times a week.

A laundry bag will be dropped off 1-2 days prior to departure. No need to worry, please leave it where it has been placed.

This rental property is not used for Nuisance Parties or Unlawful Gatherings. 6 adult maximum plus their dependent children are allowed at the property. 

For your safety and security, there may be public-facing cameras installed on the property.



Unauthorized late check-out will incur a penalty of $150 + tax. There is a late check out fee of $75 + tax if available, and authorized.

Early check-in IF available is $75 + tax.



*We do our best to ensure guests have a 5-star experience. Guests will be provided with a start-up supply of household items such as laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, etc so that upon check-in you do not need to run to the store. If you are staying longer than a few days you will need to purchase these items. Thank you!
