Are you looking to arrive in Sedona and expect to enjoy all the trails and restaurants with no help from a vehicle? Look no further, this is Sanborn!

The main home has two bedrooms and two baths with a full kitchen. In addition, there is a unit over the garage with a bedroom, bath, sofa sleeper, and another full kitchen. With three separate balconies and an outdoor firepit, there is lots of space to watch Sedona’s natural landscaping and even soak up some star gazing at night. You sit within a short walking distance to many trails including the famous Sugarloaf and Thunder Mountain trails.

BEDROOMS: 

The main house has two bedrooms. Through double doors, you will find a master bedroom, ensuite, and private access to a balcony. The second bedroom has bunk beds with a twin trundle. All bedrooms and living spaces have TVs allowing entertainment for everyone.

Access to the above garage casita can be found one of two ways, either through its own exterior entrance or through the main home and garage. Upstairs you will find a king bedroom, full bathroom, kitchen and queen pull-out sofa sleeper.   

GROUNDS:

Both backyard balconies overlook a small forest of juniper trees and a natural Sedona landscape. Outdoors you can find a fire pit and BBQ perfect to entertain after a day of fun.

House Rules

No pets allowed
Quiet hours are enforced from 9pm-9am
Vendors have access to the homes on their scheduled days, Service days have the possibility of changing and do occur up to two times a week.
A laundry bag will be dropped off 1-2 days prior to departure. Please leave it where it gets left. 
This rental property is not used for Nuisance Parties or Unlawful Gatherings. 

*We do our best to ensure guests have a 5 star experience. Guests will be provided with a start up supply of household items such as laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, etc so that upon check in you do not need to run to the store. If your stay is longer than a few days you will need to bring these items with you. Thank you!
