Home Rules
*Quiet hours 9pm-9am, strictly enforced.
*Pool heat is an additional $100/day + tax. Please keep in mind the pool and spa cannot be heated at the same time. The pool can take up to 48hrs to heat to the desired temperature, please request this in advance. The actual pool temperature can vary based on weather & ambient temperature. Maximum temperature for pool heat is 88 degrees Fahrenheit. 
*Pack & Plays, highchairs, and air mattresses are available upon request for $40 each.
*2 pets maximum 30lbs or smaller only ($200 non refundable each)
*No boats or RVs for more than 72 hours 
*This rental property is not used for Nuisance Parties or Unlawful Gatherings. 6 adults maximum are allowed at the property.
*Vendors have access to the homes on their scheduled day. Service days have the possibility of changing and do occur up to two times a week. *
Unauthorized late check-out will incur a penalty of $150 +
tax

We provide a starter pack of Laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, etc. We do not provide salt, pepper, oils, and spices. 

Please note our policy for items left behind:
We are happy to help return items left behind; however, due to logistics and the time required for our team to retrieve and drop off packages, a $25 handling fee plus the cost of shipping will be applied to any items sent back.  We’d much rather you have your belongings with you! Thank you for doing a final "sweep" of the home before you depart.

Important Note: We want you to enjoy your stay to the fullest, Please be aware amenities may break or not work during your stay and we will do our best to accommodate you. May an amenity not work or fail during your stay we will do our best to make it right, and we can refund up to 10% of the affected nights to make it right. You have to let us know at the time of notice so we can do our best to remedy the situation.
