Welcome To Turquoise Land a fascinating, open-concept home of 1,806 sq. ft. with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Explore the grounds with its fire pit, golf putting green, bocce ball court, outdoor bbq, living & dining area, and pool loungers. A backyard pre-historic friend awaits you in the backyard.

Open Living 

This is an open concept home that utilizes space and focus areas to make the home feel connected but still have its own character.
Large ceiling fans to keep you cool as you relax around the living area seating with a smart TV and sound bar mounted on a statement black brick fireplace (not for use).

Another statement piece you spot is the kitchen's blue island, which will bring you and your friends and family around for yummy food. There is plenty of preparation space and stainless steel appliances. Windows to the yard make you feel connected to the yard.

It is easy to serve breakfast, lunch or dinner at the 6 seat dining table with its geometric lighting setting the mood.

Bedrooms

There is so much space in the bedrooms for you to enjoy! 

The master bedroom is simply styled with mixings of silver and gold, brown, blue, and grays. Get ready in the en-suite with double sink vanities, waterfall glass shower, and large closet space with its own area to lay out your items nicely.

The first guest bedroom has a queen bed, tv, and a futon couch.
The second guest "tour room" bedroom has 2 twin beds.

 Outdoor Living

Cook out and dine at any of the two eating areas, gather at the fire pit, or relax in the sparkling pool. Want more? There is a bocce ball court, putt putt course, and say hi to this home's very own Dinosaur! Be kind to Dino, he is pre-historic not to be played with.

House Rules
* The pool is not heated
*Noise ordinance set in place 9pm-9am. Subject to additional fees if not followed*  
*Pack & Play and Highchairs - $40 each
*Pool and landscape vendors access the home once per week and have access to the backyard. Service days have the possibility of changing and do occur up to two times a week.
*No pets allowed
*A laundry bag will be dropped off 1-2 days prior to departure. Please leave it where it gets left.

This rental property is not used for Nuisance Parties or Unlawful Gatherings. 

For your safety and security, there may be public-facing cameras installed on the property.

*We do our best to ensure guests have a 5 star experience. Guests will be provided with a start up supply of household items such as laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper etc so that upon check in you do not need to run to the store. If you are staying longer than a few days you will need to purchase these items. Thank you!

6 adult maximum plus their dependent children are allowed at the property.

*Important Note: We want you to enjoy your stay to the fullest, Please be aware amenities may break or not work during your stay and we’ll do our best to accommodate you. May an amenity not work or fail during your stay we will do our best to make it right, and we can refund up to 10% of the affected nights to make it right. You have to let us know at the time of notice so we can do our best to remedy the situation.
