There are many wonderful qualities about this home because it is designed for a vacation of lounging and entertainment. You'll find that each bedroom is named and has a theme corresponding to different places or qualities of Arizona. Outside, you have a pergola full of outdoor cooking equipment, a sparkling pool, putt-putt, and outdoor seating options.

That Scottsdale Vibe is near Old Town Scottsdale where much of the inspiration came from, including dining and entertainment. This home is nearby major highways, making it accessible to get to wherever you want to explore.

*The spa does not have jets. Sorry for the inconvenience.

House Rules

• Pool and landscape vendors access the home once per week and have access to the backyard

• Pool or spa heat is an additional $40.00 + tax daily. 
   Pack & Play and Highchairs - $40 each

• One pet max allowed.

• Quiet hours are enforced from 9 pm-9 am

• Vendors have access to the homes on their scheduled days, Service days have the possibility of changing and do occur up to two times a week.

• A laundry bag will be dropped off 1-2 days prior to departure. No need to worry, please leave it where it has been placed.

• This rental property is not used for Nuisance Parties or Unlawful Gatherings. 6 adult maximum plus their dependent children are allowed at the property.

*If you create your reservation between the months of November 1st-May 1st pool heat will be included but the temperature is not guaranteed due to ambient weather temperature. If you book your reservations outside of these dates pool heat is optional and an additional $40/daily.

For your safety and security, there may be public-facing cameras installed on the property.

*We do our best to ensure guests have a 5-star experience. Guests will be provided with a start-up supply of household items such as laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, etc so that upon check-in you do not need to run to the store. If your stay is longer than a few days you will need to bring these items with you. Thank you!

*Important Note: We want you to enjoy your stay to the fullest, Please be aware amenities may break or not work during your stay and we’ll do our best to accommodate you. May an amenity not work or fail during your stay we will do our best to make it right, and we can refund up to 10% of the affected nights to make it right. You have to let us know at the time of notice so we can do our best to remedy the situation.
