If you love playing pool or ping pong, you have the best of both worlds with both available. As you enter the home you will find the pool table and when you head to the garage area there is the ping pong table. Start your tournament!
Take a dip in the pool or hot tub and watch the sunrise/set on the lake. Not up for swimming? Relax around the outdoor covered seating area. AZ is known to have some of the most beautiful sunsets so you won't want to miss out on that view.
Living Areas
Cool tones and neutrals in the furniture and decor soften this home's feel. Cozy features such as a fireplace in the living room, a TCL Roku TV with Hulu, and access to the yard through the living room offer comfort when you're on vacation. Dark chocolate cabinetry, granite counters, and stainless steel appliances create a sleek and modern feel in the kitchen. Gather your friends and family by sitting around the kitchen with 5 chairs available or take a seat at the 8-person dining room table.
Bedrooms
The master bedroom with a large walk-in closet has a private en-suite, featuring a separate tub and step-up shower. This room also comes with access to the yard.
Two of the guest bedrooms do not have a TV available. The 3 guest bedrooms share 2 bathrooms.
House Rules
Pool heat is optional and an additional $150 +tax daily.
Pool and landscape vendors access the home once per week and have access to the backyard. Service days have the possibility of changing and do occur up to two times a week.
No pets allowed
Quiet hours are enforced from 9pm-9am
This rental property is not used for Nuisance Parties or Unlawful Gatherings.
*We do our best to ensure guests have a 5 star experience. Guests will be provided with a start up supply of household items such as laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, etc so that upon check-in you do not need to run to the store. If your stay is longer than a few days you will need to bring these items with you. Thank you!
