As you step into the main house, you are welcomed with a cozy living room and dining area, creating an inviting open space. Fun for all! The living room is equipped with a Nintendo Switch.  The kitchen is stocked with all the kitchenware you need to whip up delicious meals. Adjacent to the kitchen, you’ll find a breakfast nook perfect for 4.

The master bedroom, featuring a comfortable king-sized bed and its own en-suite bathroom, offers a private retreat. Beyond the master, a hallway leads to three additional guest bedrooms, sharing a convenient bathroom.

But that's not all! Greenway Hacienda boasts a unique casita with a pool table and arcade games for endless entertainment. Along with two additional bedrooms and a full bathroom.

Arizona's stunning sunrises and sunsets are yours to savor with ample outdoor seating and dining tables. Stepping outside to a sparkling pool that you can enjoy year-round swimming with optional pool heat. 



House Rules

• Pool and landscape vendors access the home once per week and have access to the backyard. 
  Pool heat is an additional $150.00 + tax daily. Note once a guest is checked into the property we may not be able to turn on the pool heater or heat to desired temperatures, your planning is key.
  Pack & Play and Highchairs - $40 each

• Pets allowed. Pet fee required - a non-refundable $200 per pet

• Quiet hours 9 pm-9 am. 

• A laundry bag will be dropped off 1-2 days prior to departure. No need to worry, please leave it where it has been placed.

• This rental property is not used for Nuisance Parties or Unlawful Gatherings. 6 adult maximum plus their dependent children are allowed at the property

• This house has 2 ring cameras on the outside of the property for safety and security reasons! One is located at the front door, and one is by the side gate. 

* We do our best to ensure guests have a 5-star experience. Guests will be provided with a start-up supply of household items such as laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, etc so that upon check-in you do not need to run to the store. If you are staying longer than a few days you will need to purchase these items. Thank you!

*Important Note: We want you to enjoy your stay to the fullest, Please be aware amenities may break or not work during your stay and we’ll do our best to accommodate you. May an amenity not work or fail during your stay we will do our best to make it right, and we can refund up to 10% of the affected nights to make it right. You have to let us know at the time of notice so we can do our best to remedy the situation.
