The streets are lined with interesting southwestern aesthetic and just minutes to the best shopping and dining in Kierland Commons and Scottsdale Quarter. Eugie Terrace is a four bedroom, three bathroom home in Scottsdale with a casita in the back yard. This home’s open-plan living area brims with character – expect modern bohemian seats and printed rugs, vibrant artworks and thriving houseplants. What’s more, the windows lead out to the smartly landscaped yard, where there’s a pool, spa and a ping pong table. Back inside, the living room is a bohemian retreat, somewhere unique to relax and unwind. Exploring the area is easy from this prime spot, with both Kierland and Old Town Scottsdale within reach.

*Pool heat not available
*Pool and landscape vendors access the home once per week and have access to the backyard. Pool is serviced every Monday. Service days have the possibility of changing and do occur up to two times a week.
*Pets considered for $200 per pet fee (non-refundable)
*Quiet hours are enforced from 9pm-9am
*A laundry bag will be dropped off 1-2 days prior to departure. Please leave it where it gets left.
*This rental property is not used for Nuisance Parties or Unlawful Gatherings. 6 adults maximum plus their dependent children are allowed at the property
*Early check-in IF available is $75.00 + tax. 
*There is a late check out fee of $75.00 + tax if, available and authorized.
*Unauthorized late check-out will incur a penalty of $150 + tax.
*For your safety and security, there may be public-facing cameras installed on the property.

*We do our best to ensure guests have a 5 star experience. Guests will be provided with a start up supply of household items such as laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper etc so that upon check in you do not need to run to the store. If your stay is longer than a few days you will need to bring these items with you. Thank you!

*Important Note: We want you to enjoy your stay to the fullest, Please be aware amenities may break or not work during your stay and we’ll do our best to accommodate you. May an amenity not work or fail during your stay we will do our best to make it right, and we can refund up to 10% of the affected nights to make it right. You have to let us know at the time of notice so we can do our best to remedy the situation.
