The back yard offers an outdoor grill and seating to indulge in a meal while enjoying the nature and wildlife. In addition, the back yard offers fun for kids of all ages, with a Tire Swing and Trampoline.

House Rules

• Quiet hours are enforced from 9 pm - 9 am
• 3 Pack & Plays are available and 1 Highchair. Additional needed is $40 each.
• Vendors have access to the homes on their scheduled days.
• Pets are NOT allowed at this vacation rental.
• Parking notes: There is no garage, but there is space for three cars in the front of the house. Please do not block the neighbors' driveway.
• There is an exterior security camera over the front door facing the street for safety and security purposes.
• A laundry bag will be dropped off 1-2 days prior to departure. No need to worry, please leave it where it has been placed.
• Please note, there is NO A/C in this home.

This rental property is not used for Nuisance Parties or Unlawful Gatherings. 6 adult maximum plus their dependent children are allowed at the property.

For your safety and security, there may be public-facing cameras installed on the property.

* We do our best to ensure guests have a 5-star experience. Guests will be provided with a start-up supply of household items such as laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, etc. so that upon check-in you do not need to run to the store. If your stay is longer than a few days, you will need to bring these items with you. Thank you! *

May an amenity not work or fail during your stay we will do our best to make it right, and we can refund up to 10% of the affected nights to make it right.
