Little Italy in Scottsdale
When you step through the doors of Pasta Brioni, you will find yourself experiencing Little Italy right here in Scottsdale. This local restaurant features authentic Italian cuisine inside of a beautiful restaurant setting. The dark wood and mahogany colors offer a wonderful ambiance to this fine dining experience. Pasta Brioni is the only restaurant in all of Arizona that serves only homemade pasta; approximately 40 pounds of pasta is made every hour!
Dinner Menu
Expect a variety of Italian classics on the menu at Pasta Brioni. Start with an appetizer such as toasted ravioli, a bruschetta board, dumplings, or eggplant rollatini. The variety of soups and salads are a great way to eat light before your main entrée is delivered. The main entrees at Pasta Brioni includes veal picatta, chicken parmesan, chicken gorgonzola, and veal shiitake. Each day Pasta Brioni offers specialty items such as Salmon Venezia and Shrimp Brioni until they sell out. Or keep it classic with various pasta dishes such as lasagna, linguine, penne, spaghetti, or rigatoni. The ravioli comes stuffed with your choice of lobster, pumpkin, or mushroom.
Happy Hour
You can find a variety of drink and food specials when you stop in for Happy Hour available Sunday through Wednesday from 4:30 PM to close or Thursday through Saturday from 4:30 PM to 6:00 PM in the bar. Enjoy $5 Wine of the Moment or discounted small plates of classic Italian food. The full-service bar has a variety of wines, beer, and handcrafted cocktails to pair with every item on the menu.
