What Time Is Check In And Check Out?
Check-in at Porter properties begins at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. These times apply to all properties across our Arizona and Texas markets.

Are Your Properties Pet Friendly?
Many Porter properties are pet-friendly. Pet-friendly status is listed on each property's individual booking page. If you plan to bring a pet, you must notify Porter at the time of reservation. A non-refundable fee of $200 per pet applies. Guests who bring an unauthorized pet or fail to disclose a pet at booking will be charged an additional $200 non-notice fee. Pets are not permitted in non-pet-friendly properties.

Will I Need To Pay Tax?
Yes. All Porter short-term rental stays in Arizona are subject to Arizona state tax and applicable local resort tax. Tax amounts vary by city and are calculated at checkout. Guests will see the full tax total before confirming their reservation.

No. All Porter properties come furnished with linens, towels, and pool towels where applicable. Porter completes a linen and towel inventory before and after each stay. Any discrepancies are charged to the guest's credit card on file.

Yes. All Porter properties include an in-unit washer and dryer available for guest use throughout your stay.

Will My Kitchen Be Fully Equipped?
Yes. All Porter properties include fully equipped kitchens with pots, pans, dishes, silverware, glassware, baking dishes, toasters, blenders, and coffee makers. Specific amenities vary by property. To confirm what is included at your specific property, check the Amenities tab on the individual listing page before booking.

Will I Have Internet Connection?
Yes. All Porter properties include high-speed internet access. Because internet performance can vary by provider and device configuration, Porter cannot guarantee compatibility with every device or network setup. Our team will do its best to assist with any connectivity issues during your stay.

If The Property Has A Pool, Are Lifeguards Provided?
No. Porter does not provide lifeguards or pool monitors at any property. Guests are responsible for their own safety and the safety of all members of their party when using pool facilities. Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times near any swimming area. By booking a Porter property with pool access, guests acknowledge and accept these conditions.
