Welcome to the pristine, affluent home, Sky Mountain. Nestled in the brand new Timber Sky community, this elegant, cozy home has everything you need for the perfect getaway! Prompt entry to Interstates 17 and 40 and Highways 89 and 180 provides great access to Arizona Snowbowl, Williams, Sedona, many beautiful hikes, and the Grand Canyon. While quiet and secluded the location is just minutes from Downtown Flagstaff shops, restaurants, and breweries. WIFI and garage parking is available.

Upon entering the home, you’ll find a dining room immediately to your right with a stunning table that seats 6. Attached to the dining room is the kitchen, which opens up into the living room as well. The kitchen is spacious and modern, holding stainless steel appliances, a traditional coffee machine, a blender, and a slow cooker for your convenience. This stylish space offers the right amount of modern amenities and personal, cozy touches to make you feel at home. The kitchen is also home to two bar counter tops with 3 barstools each, allowing for extra seating for 6.

The living room, equipped with a gas fireplace and flat screen smart TV, is the ideal space to relax with your loved ones after a day of exploration. A couch, love seat, and chair allow for plenty of lounge space. For those who would rather sit outdoors, the home has a private, completely enclosed and treed backyard with table and chairs for 4 as well as a fire pit seating area for 4. The door to the patio can be found in the living room.

Off the living room are the entrances to the garage, spacious laundry room, half bathroom, and master bedroom. The master suite is the definition of modernity and comfort. The king sized bed faces a flat screen smart TV and is flanked by matching large end tables. The en-suite bathroom holds two sinks with extensive counter and storage space, an enormous walk in closet, a generous walk-in glass and tile shower, and a private commode room.

Upstairs, you will find the remaining bedrooms and bathrooms. The first bedroom holds a delicately canopied queen bed, lounge chair, and walk in closet. The second bedroom is equipped with a twin bunk bed and an extra trundle twin bed along with two bean bag chairs. This room is perfect for the children in the group. These two bedrooms are adjoined by a beautiful Jack and Jill bathroom that holds a sink, plenty of counter space, and a shower/bathtub.
The third bedroom on the second floor is also considered the second master. This lovely room has a queen bed, a flat screen smart TV, and an adjoining private bathroom with the same amenities as the Jack and Jill.

For your convenience, this home has the following:

Please note that this home is located in a new development. It is possible that construction may be taking place nearby.

Pets are permitted. While this home does allow one pet, specifically one dog under 35 pounds, we do require that they keep all four paws on the floor throughout their stay. They are also not permitted on the carpeted areas of the home, meaning that they are only allowed on the first floor. A baby gate is provided for the stairway entrance. We do require a non-refundable pet fee of $200. Please contact us for more information about our pet policy. 

We supply freshly cleaned linens, bedding, and towels for all our guests. We also supply paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, dish, dishwasher, and hand soap. 
Although often there may be a variety of condiments, coffee, etc., we cannot guarantee what will be available.

There is a minimum age requirement of 25 years old.

No parties or events are permitted.

There is no smoking on the property.

A rental contract must be signed and submitted, after reservation confirmation.
