Country Club Splendor on the 18th Hole!

Location, location, location! Come and enjoy a weekend away or stay longer and indulge yourself in the many activities that Flagstaff, Arizona and the surrounding areas have to offer. Whether it’s the beauty of the San Francisco Peaks, playing a few rounds of golf, the Ponderosa pine trees or the many other local attractions, you will be thrilled that you visited and stayed in our home. Here’s why!:

Our golf course townhouse is an end unit, and has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Our home sleeps 10 people comfortably, and it's the perfect place to stay with a wonderfully warm atmosphere and almost 2,000 square feet of useable space.

The living room has vaulted ceilings and a mounted 75” flat screen SmartTV. There are large windows that allow for great views and natural lighting and a wood burning fireplace. There’s a sofa, loveseat, and oversized chair; perfect for relaxing! There are board games located inside of the coffee table. Everyone will find something they love!

The beautiful kitchen is equipped with all the major appliances and granite countertops with unfinished edges. The kitchen boasts a french door refrigerator with drink dispenser, dishwasher, 4 burner electric range, microwave, traditional brew style coffee maker, toaster, knife set, crock pot and much more. You’ll love the ample countertop and cabinet space. There is a table in the kitchen that seats four, or 6 if you add the table leaf. There’s another table in the living room that seats an additional 4 people.

The first bedroom is located downstairs. It has a queen sized bed, a Roku Tv with streaming capabilities, a closet, and gorgeous golf course views. Adjacent to this bedroom is the lower level bathroom. It’s a 3/4 bathroom, with a tiled shower.

The master bedroom is located on the 2nd floor. It has a king sized bed and a closet. It also has a mounted TV with streaming capabilities.

The third bedroom has 2 twin sized bunk bed sets, which sleeps a total of 4 people. There is a TV with streaming capabilities.

A full bathroom is located in between the two bedrooms upstairs. It has a shower/tub combo.

The home sits right on the 18th hole of the Continental Country Club. You’re only a 5 minute walk away from the Continental Country Club and the Oakmont Restaurant.

A lovely, partially closed off back patio provides an awesome respite. You’ll find comfortable and outdoor furniture, a table with four chairs, and a propane grill.

Just inside of the back patio is the “fun room.” This room is adorned with a gorgeous red velvet pool table.

There are endless things to do in this beautiful area. Enjoy the scenic hiking trails, Historic Route 66, along with wonderful restaurants and shopping in Downtown Flagstaff. Don’t forget that the Grand Canyon and Sedona are also nearby. NAU is a quick 10 minute drive. Did I mention the Snowbowl ski slopes?
