Arizona SnowBowl Ski Resort is only 20 minutes away and Downtown Williams, home of the Polar Express Train, is a quick 40-minute drive. Embark on one of the most scenic drives through Oak Creek Canyon to the Grandeur of the Sedona Red Rocks. You can be there in 45 minutes! The South Rim Entrance of the Grand Canyon is approximately 90 minutes from this glorious home.

After enjoying the phenomenal attractions that Northern Arizona has to offer, you can rejuvenate at this comfy abode. You and your family will absolutely love the two spacious living areas. The living area just off of the kitchen is furnished with a gorgeous red felt POOL TABLE and wood-burning stove! The second living space has a leather couch and a pair of chairs that surround a gas fireplace and large TV. There is a 60-in-1 arcade game in this living room also! A formal dining room is next to the second living room and it has a dining table with chairs for 6 people (there are bar stools that seat an additional 4 people at the kitchen island). By the way, the dining table can be converted to a POKER TABLE! You’ll also find a chess set and other fun board games located in the living room entertainment center. All living and dining spaces encourage warm gatherings and good conversation.

The efficient and well stocked kitchen has beautiful granite countertops and ample cabinet and countertop space. Everything that you need to prepare and serve a delicious meal is provided. The kitchen comes equipped with modern appliances. You’ll find a 5-burner gas range, refrigerator with ice maker & drink dispenser, dishwasher, above-the-stove microwave, KitchenAid mixer, toaster, knife set, Nespresso coffee maker, coffee bean grinder, electric tea kettle and L-shaped counter with 4 bar stools.

There is plenty of fun to be had in the front yard! You’ll find 5 Adirondack chairs, along with string lights that create a beautiful ambiance. There is a gas barbecue grill for your entertainment. The large backyard is also available for fun activities. There are many mature trees that provide ample shade and great beauty.

This is a single-story home, so all 4 bedrooms are conveniently accessed without stairs.

The master bedroom suite is outfitted with a king-size bed and a crib. The master bathroom has dual sinks with vanity lights and a jacuzzi tub! A roomy, tiled walk-in shower and a very large walk-in closet are other things you’ll love about this master bathroom suite!

Across from the master suite is a spacious bedroom, with a twin over full bunk bed set. This room has a window that looks out onto the front yard.

This wing of the home also includes a third bedroom with two twin beds.

There is a full-sized bathroom on this side of the home, in addition to the master bathroom.

On the opposite end of the house, just off of the laundry room and kitchen, is a fourth bedroom with a queen-size bed. This bedroom has gorgeous views of the backyard. Just outside of this bedroom is an additional full bathroom.

We supply freshly cleaned linens, bedding, and towels for all our guests. We also supply paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, laundry detergent, dish, dishwasher, and hand soap.

Although oftentimes there will be a variety of condiments, coffee, etc., we cannot guarantee what will be available.

There is a minimum age requirement of 25 years old. No parties or events are permitted.

There are cameras on the outside of the property. Please note, KD Prime Vacation Rentals does not hold ownership nor have access to the cameras on sight. KD Prime Vacation Rentals does disclose all cameras on the property as they are reported to us by the homeowner.

Pets are considered; however, we ask that you keep "4 on the floor" as we say in our house. Pets are not allowed on furniture or bedding. Also, please pick up after them outside. We allow one small to medium size dog. No vicious breeds. No other pets are permitted without Manager approval. A $50 pet fee applies.

There is no smoking on the property.

A rental contract must be signed and submitted, after reservation confirmation.
