Desert Hideaway Vacation Rental
Stunning estate situated on a premium private acre+ lot with gorgeous desert and sunset views. This pristine property boasts a beautiful curb appeal with circle drive, an enclosed entryway courtyard, split floor plan, viewing deck, two master bedrooms, tons of amenities such as a vintage video game, 3-car side entry garage and so much more. The kitchen features an oversized island for cooking all your meals at home, breakfast bars and state of the art stainless appliances. The spacious great room includes a formal dining area, 18+ ft ceilings w/ gorgeous wood beams, an electric fireplace, floor to ceiling sliding glass doors for the perfect amount of natural light and views of the backyard oasis. The spacious (main) master suite features a separate backyard patio entrance, large walk-in closet, glass walk-in shower and his & her vanities. The second master bedroom offers an en suite bathroom, separate patio entrance, cozy window nook w/ shelves, and large walk-in closet. The backyard retreat offers extensive covered & uncovered patios, sparkling heated pool w/ water feature, spa, putting green, built-in BBQ, and fire pit with seating area. Driving out in an RV? Take advantage of the RV gate & parking.

This quiet & scenic community offers convenient access to local hiking trails like Tom's Thumb, or experience the one-of-a-kind Musical Instrument Museum. 

House Rules
**** WE DO NOT HOST LOCAL GUESTS ****
* Landscapers and pool vendors have access to the backyard to do work on their scheduled days. Pool is serviced every Monday and Thursday. Service days have the possibility of changing and do occur up to two times a week.
* For safety and security purposes this home does have cameras on the front of the house. 
* Pets may be considered for $200/each (non-refundable) 2 pet maximum. 
* Pack & Play and Highchairs - $40 each
* Additional Fee for use of Pool or SPA Heating Services- $125.00 + tax daily (must schedule pool heat 3 days in advance of check in) 
* If you're reservation takes place during the dates of June 1st - September 15th, you will have access to the home tablet to control the outdoor misters. 
* Quiet hours are enforced from 9pm-9am
* A laundry bag will be dropped off 1-2 days prior to departure. Please leave it where it gets left.
This rental property is not used for Nuisance Parties or Unlawful Gatherings. 6 adult maximum plus their dependent children are allowed at the property.

For your safety and security, there may be public-facing cameras installed on the property.

*We do our best to ensure guests have a 5 star experience. Guests will be provided with a start up supply of household items such as laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper etc so that upon check in you do not need to run to the store. If your stay is longer than a few days you will need to bring these items with you. Thank you!

*Important Note: We want you to enjoy your stay to the fullest, Please be aware amenities may break or not work during your stay and we’ll do our best to accommodate you. May an amenity not work or fail during your stay we will do our best to make it right, and we can refund up to 10% of the affected nights to make it right.
