Home Rules:
* Quiet hours 9 pm-9 am.
* Vendors have access to the homes on their scheduled day. Service days have the possibility of changing.
* A laundry bag will be dropped off 1-2 days prior to departure. No need to worry, please leave it where it has been placed.
* This rental property is not used for Nuisance Parties or Unlawful Gatherings. 6 adult maximum plus their dependent children are allowed at the property.
* For your safety and security, there may be public-facing cameras installed on the property.
* Unauthorized late check-out will incur a penalty of $150 
* Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional fees. Please reach out 1–2 days prior to check-in to inquire about pricing and availability.
*HOA regulations require all vehicles to be parked inside the garage at all times. Driveway and street parking are NOT allowed. 

*We do our best to ensure guests have a 5-star experience. Guests will be provided with a start-up supply of household items such as laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, etc so that upon check-in you do not need to run to the store. If your stay is longer than a few days you will need to bring these items with you. Also please be advised that we don't supply coffee, tea, sugar, and other basic food condiments and basic ingredients for cooking such as cooking oil, spices, salt, etc. This is due to health security and sanitary reasons. You will need to provide them. Thank you!

*Important Note: We want you to enjoy your stay to the fullest, Please be aware amenities may break or not work during your stay and we’ll do our best to accommodate you. May an amenity not work or fail during your stay we will do our best to make it right, and we can refund up to 10% of the affected nights to make it right. You have to let us know at the time of notice so we can do our best to remedy the situation.

Please note our policy for items left behind:
We are happy to help return items left behind; however, due to logistics and the time required for our team to retrieve and drop off packages, a $25 handling fee plus the cost of shipping will be applied to any items sent back.  We’d much rather you have your belongings with you! Thank you for doing a final "sweep" of the home before you depart.
