This 5 bedroom, 2 bathroom home will make you feel stylish and fresh with its mid-century modern design. This home has fine details throughout. The living room is perfect to get together on the big comfy couch and watch TV. Eat outside in the garden front with 12 of your friends and family at the long table or relax poolside in the backyard with the gorgeous native plants that make you feel like you are in paradise. The home has a little casita that is decked out for a groovy monochrome ambiance and a wine fridge to help keep drinks chilled.

Located in popular South Scottsdale, Casa Virginia is minutes away from multiple shopping centers, restaurants, and entertainment areas of Old Town & Tempe.

Quiet hours are enforced from 9 pm - 9 am

Pool and landscape vendors access the home once per week and have access to the backyard. Pool service is every Tuesday. Service days have the possibility of changing and do occur up to two times a week.

Pool heat is an additional $150 + tax daily.
Pack & Play and Highchairs - $40 each -
A laundry bag will be dropped off 1-2 days prior to departure. No need to worry, please leave it where it has been placed.

This rental property is not used for Nuisance Parties or Unlawful Gatherings. 6 adult maximum plus their dependent children are allowed at the property.
For your safety and security, there may be public-facing cameras installed on the property.
*We do our best to ensure guests have a 5-star experience. Guests will be provided with a start-up supply of household items such as laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, etc so that upon check-in you do not need to run to the store. If you are staying longer than a few days you will need to purchase these items. Thank you!
Important Note: We want you to enjoy your stay to the fullest, Please be aware amenities may break or not work during your stay and we’ll do our best to accommodate you. May an amenity not work or fail during your stay we will do our best to make it right, and we can refund up to 10% of the affected nights to make it right. You have to let us know at the time of notice so we can do our best to remedy the situation.
