Casa Pasadena is a three-bedroom, two-bathroom home in Old Town Scottsdale. With its soaring ceilings, unfussy (but still very elegant) furnishings, and pretty accessories, this home’s open-plan living area is dramatic, yet welcoming. The living room is spacious and has a flat-screen TV, a fireplace for cooler evenings, and an exit to the backyard. The master bedroom is white-painted and peaceful, with a trendy barn door to the master bathroom. The backyard is your own mini resort with a private pool lined with tall palm trees and a built-in BBQ.

Location- Major crossroads are N Scottsdale Rd & E Chaparral Rd

Walking distance to all of the shopping and dining in Old Town Scottsdale makes this property one of the most desirable in the city! Camelback Mountain hiking trails, but yet feels wonderfully secluded. Also conveniently located just 20-25 minutes to the beautiful TPC Scottsdale Champions Golf Course, Kierland Commons shopping, and Mayo Clinic Hospital.

Additional Fees may apply when reserving add-ons to your reservation.

  • Pets may be considered for $200 each non-refundable
  • Pool heat is optional and an additional $150.00 + tax daily.
    • Must let Host know at least 3 days in advance.
    • Note: once a guest is checked into the property we may not be able to turn on the pool heater or heat to desired temperatures, your planning is key.
  • Pack N Play: $40 p/item
  • High Chairs: $40 p/item

  • Vendors have access to the homes on their scheduled day. Service days have the possibility of changing.
  • A laundry bag will be dropped off 1-2 days prior to departure. No need to worry, please leave it where it has been placed.
  • This rental property is not used for Nuisance Parties or Unlawful Gatherings. 6 adult maximum plus their dependent children are allowed at the property.
  • For your safety and security, there may be public-facing cameras installed on the property.


We do our best to ensure guests have a 5-star experience. Guests will be provided with a start-up supply of household items such as laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, etc so that upon check-in you do not need to run to the store. We do not provide salt, pepper, oils, and spices. If you are staying longer than a few days you will need to purchase these items. Thank you!

Important Note: We want you to enjoy your stay to the fullest, Please be aware amenities may break or not work during your stay and we ll do our best to accommodate you. May an amenity not work or fail during your stay we will do our best to make it right, and we can refund up to 10% of the affected nights to make it right.
