Inside, just shy of 6,000 sq. ft., you’ll enjoy clean monochrome high-end details, with every amenity one could desire from a vacation rental. Meanwhile outside the desert sky will be painted gorgeous colors on this desert-scape resort.  

Head outside to the all-ages fun-filled resort-like pool, and entertainment area. Enjoy taking a dip in the large private pool, which is a perfect place to relax and cool off from the desert sun. Complete with a waterslide, it is sure to be a popular feature for any little ones that came along for the ride. Plenty of both covered and sun-drenched lounge seating can be found dotting the yard and making for an ideal spot to soak up some rays and truly enjoy the warmth of the desert. Grounds audio will immerse you in your favorite music from yesterday and today, while the pool features summer sails for both sun and shade enjoyment.  Soak in the sun on a poolside lounge chair or catch the game while grilling up your favorite grub. When it begins to cool down, or after coming home from some exciting activity, make sure to relax and allow the jets from the hot tub to massage your muscles and rejuvenate you for the next adventure. Youngsters will be kept fully entertained between the jungle gym, trampoline, and water slide. All in all, you truly cannot get much closer to resort living than the extravagant Avifauna. 

With an abundance of open space, and with its impressive 12' high ceilings throughout you will find that not only is Avifauna extravagant and grand, but also feels spacious, and at no point will you and your guests feel crowded.  In this huge kitchen, formal living, and entertainment area you have breathtaking views of the outside grounds, landscape, and scenery. As you explore the interior you will find a lovely sitting area complete with a leather couch and chairs, plus a large flat screen making it a great place to relax and unwind from the day.  The formal dining room boasts ample overflow seating, as well with its dark wooden nature, you will find that it perfectly matches the modern nature of the rest of the home. That, along with a bar-style eatery and an eating cove next to the kitchen, provides a gathering space for all to enjoy some delicious food. The kitchen itself is quite the sight featuring wooden cabinets, gas burning stove, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and all the space one needs to spread out and truly create a feast for all to enjoy and admire. 

If you continue exploring, you’ll discover another living area near the front door. This is the favorite spot of any readers in your group, featuring comfortable couches in front of the fireplace. -Theater provides a massive 12’ screen, iPad controlled 4k projector with heart-pounding 5.1 surround sound
-Patio living space includes 55” Smart DirecTV/Roku TV, outdoor table seating for 14, outdoor heaters, ping pong, outdoor kitchen bbq area, and fire pit (Firewood will not be provided)
-Pool/Spa consists of 4’-9’ deep pool with jumping rock, basketball hoop, water slide, 2 water features, and oversized spa with pool spillway.
-Enjoy the full pool, spa, water slide, water features, lighting controls including pool/spa heat, and five different water party/play modes
-Playground has a large play toy and a 15’ wide trampoline
-Entire grounds are fully resort-lit for evening entertainment adding incredible nighttime photo opportunities
-Audio spared nothing here. The Sonos S2 controlled sound system provides both indoor and outdoor professional-level sound covering entire grounds and complimentary Spotify

Located in North Scottsdale, Avifauna offers equally convenient access to Kierland Commons, Desert Ridge, Cave Creek, and the multiple shopping plazas, luxury boutiques, and restaurants they offer. Some of the finest golf courses in the world, including Tournament Players Club (TPC) are just minutes away, as well as Barrett Jackson, and the Peoria Sports Complex.

House Rules

• Pool and landscape vendors access the home once per week on Tuesdays and have access to the backyard. Service days have the possibility of changing and do occur up to two times a week.
• No pets allowed
• Pack & Play and Highchairs - $40 each
• Pool or spa heat is included but not guaranteed due to ambient weather temperatures. Our pools are kept around 75-85F based on the time of year.
• Quiet hours are enforced from 9 pm -  9 am
• A laundry bag will be dropped off 1-2 days prior to departure. No need to worry, please leave it where it has been placed.
• This rental property is not used for Nuisance Parties or Unlawful Gatherings. 6 adult maximum plus their dependent children are allowed at the property. 
• For your safety and security, there are two cameras facing the street- one above the side gate, and one on the left side of the home entrance. 

• No Pets Allowed
• Pool or Spa Heat is included but not guaranteed due to ambient weather temperatures. Our pool is kept around 75-85F based on the time of year.
• Pack N Play: $40 p/item
• High Chairs: $40 p/item

• Quiet hours 9 pm-9 am.

• Unauthorized late check-out will incur a penalty of $150.
