White Lightning Ranch is a perfect destination for a refreshing farmhouse getaway in this 3,652 sq. ft., RV parking/ hook up, horse stalls, 5 bedrooms & 3 bathroom home with vaulted ceilings. Open space for the kids, and amenities that will cater to anyone in the group.
Living Areas
Enter White Lightning Ranch's beautiful seating area where you have a spot to lounge or play a poker game at the table for 4. 'Howdy Howdy Howdy' Mural Art as a nice accent to this lounge area.
The living room area is made for being inclusive of fun and relaxation with its foosball, pool table, and neutral decor with surprising pops of color. Watch TV with Hulu Live on the leather brown couch and blue seating. Stay connected with others outside with large windows and access to the yard.
Kitchen & Dining
This alley-style kitchen has its own unique flair to it with its exposed bricks around the stovetop. The kitchen is a great spot for everyone to make delicious food and lasting memories. The blue dining room accommodates 8 guests around the wood farm-style table with its white decor and metal finishes.
Bedrooms
Master Bedroom is a beautiful escape that pairs various wood finishes with contrasting colors for decor and dark touches of furniture. Wake up in the morning with direct views and access through the French patio doors to the pool and yard area.
Get a good night's rest in the guest rooms' queen beds and bunk beds. There is an Xbox One with Game Pass available for guest usage.
Backyard Amenities
The fun does not stop on the inside; there's plenty to do outside too! Relax in the sparkling pool, by the pool on the loungers and seating, or watch the kids play on their own playground. Soak in the hot tub for complete relaxation. Have a cookout with the BBQ and enjoy your time lounging on the additional patio furniture. There are bikes on the property for guest usage; please be careful while using them.

Pool and landscape vendors access the home once per week and have access to the backyard. Pool service is every Thursday.
Pool Heat Fee - $150 per day -must inform Host prior to arrival date
Pack & Play and Highchairs - $40 each
This home is pet friendly. Max. 1 Dog allowed $200 per pet non refundable fee. No Cats.
Quiet hours are enforced from 9pm-9am
A laundry bag will be dropped off 1-2 days prior to departure. Please leave it where it gets left.
This rental property is not used for Nuisance Parties or Unlawful Gatherings.
*We do our best to ensure guests have a 5-star experience. Guests will be provided with a start-up supply of household items such as laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, etc so that upon check-in you do not need to run to the store.
