Inside you will find unique decor, quality furnishings, and stunning architectural craftsmanship. Each bedroom boasts soft linens, high-definition television, and spacious layouts. Outside you will find several seating areas to gather around making beautiful memories. Take advantage of Arizona's beautiful weather and enjoy it with privacy! Sunbathe on one of the comfortable lounge chairs, and cool off in the sparkling year-round pool. The large patio provides an outdoor barbecue grill with a prep space nearby, along with dining and entertainment space, a putting green, an outdoor shower, and more! House Rules
*Pool and landscape vendors access the home once per week and have access to the backyard. Pool Service is every Monday and Thursday. Service days have the possibility of changing and do occur up to two times a week.
*No pets allowed
*Pack & Play and Highchairs - $40 each
*Pool or spa heat can be scheduled for $200+ tax per day (must be scheduled at least 3 days before check in)
*Quiet hours are enforced from 9pm-9am
* A laundry bag will be dropped off 1-2 days prior to departure. Please leave it where it gets left.
*We do our best to ensure guests have a 5-star experience. Guests will be provided with a start-up supply of household items such as laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, etc so that upon check in you do not need to run to the store. If your stay is longer than a few days you will need to bring these items with you. Thank you
