Serendipity Place sits tucked away off of Mill Ave in its own private setting. The property has its own gated entry and a wall that runs along the entire property for maximum privacy and quiet enjoyment of the home and backyard. Guests enter through the private gate and can park in the gravel driveway that runs along the front of the home. The driveway has space for up to 3 cars.
LIVING/DINING
The living room is set up with a large sectional couch, coffee table and two orange sitting chairs to watch movie and shares stories. There is a beautiful stonewall fireplace and a large mounted Smart TV. This is a nice, cozy, quiet space to relax after a day of exploring all that Arizona has to offer. The dining room has a long wooden table that can seat up to 10 people for a formal family dinner
The second family room has pool and spa access and includes a large grey sectional couch that pulls out into a queen-sized sleeper sofa. This room also includes two sitting chairs, a large wall mounted Smart TV, arcade games and a trundle bed. The doors to this room can be closed and used as a bedroom. The cozy room has its own closet and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. The trundle bed can be used as two twin beds or raised up to be a king-sized bed. There is an additional memory foam topper that can be placed on top of the bed for maximum comfort.
KITCHEN
The kitchen has a beautiful retro, updated vibe and has plenty of counter space to cook a nice family meal. It has white cabinets, white tile counter tops and stainless-steel appliances. There is a large kitchen island with four bar stools for entertaining while cooking. The kitchen is very well equipped with all the cookware and utensils you could want during your stay. The house is very well thought out, and you'll find just about everything you need to make your stay enjoyable. Guests are encouraged to customize the writing on the chalk board and make some memories in this space!
BEDROOMS
The master suite is located on the right side of the house and has pool and spa access. It has a wooden king size bed with matching dresser, large mounted Smart TV, two nightstands with lamps, and an additional sitting area that can be used as a workspace. The workspace has a desk with an iMac that guests are welcome to use. The sitting area in the master suite has a twin sleeper sofa that can be utilized for children or an additional guest to sleep on. Attached is the master bathroom which includes dual vanities, a large walk-in shower, soaking tub, and walk-in closet.
The second guest bedroomt has a beautiful, upholstered king size bed and a full-size sleeper sofa. This room also includes a sitting chair, two nightstands with lamps, wooden desk, wooden dresser and a large mounted flat screen Smart TV. This room has pool and spa access as well. The third guest bedroom has a queen size canopy bed, white leather sitting chair, large mirror and a wooden dresser with a large mounted Smart TV on top of it. This room has access to the guest bathroom. The guest bathroom includes dual vanities, a walk-in shower and a sitting area.
