With the available amount of seating, there is no shortage of entertainment and relaxation space. Under the pergola, enjoy the daytime shade or cool evenings with the firepit lit.
Living
Relax and gather around the open entertainment areas in this one-of-a-kind Southwest-inspire Cave Creek, Arizona multi-level home with 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. Get cozy in the living room and gather your family and friends to play cards or any of the available games at the game table. The cooks in the home will be ready to turn up the heat using the well-equipped kitchen. Dine together at the ten-person dining room table or the additional seating areas inside and outside.
The master bedroom has its own en-suite with a separate shower and tub. There is plenty of space to get ready for your day or wind down for the evening.
Upstairs there are three bedrooms and a full bathroom.
Downstairs is the centrally located half bathroom.
House Rules

No on-street overnight parking allowed

Pool heat is an additional $150.00 + tax daily.

Pool and landscape vendors access the home once per week and have access to the backyard.

Quiet hours 9 pm-9 am.

No Pets Allowed.

A laundry bag will be dropped off 1-2 days prior to departure. No need to worry, please leave it where it has been placed.

This rental property is not used for Nuisance Parties or Unlawful Gatherings. 6 adult maximum plus their dependent children are allowed at the property.
* We do our best to ensure guests have a 5-star experience. Guests will be provided with a start-up supply of household items such as laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, etc so that upon check-in you do not need to run to the store. If you are staying longer than a few days you will need to purchase these items. Thank you!
