Swim, play basketball, dine, kick back and relax with a great amount of space for family and friends to enjoy. Palm trees and grass areas with dining are ready to welcome you. There is a TCL SmartTV on the patio space to enjoy, as well.
Living Space
Relax in comfort with a semi-open floor plan. The living room, kitchen, and informal dining room create a great entertainment area with its TCL SmartTV and several seating spaces. The kitchen is fitted with stainless steel appliances and stocked with the equipment essentials to make a quick or beautiful meal. Gather around the formal dining room for a sit-down meal inside. Enjoy cool nights and beautiful sunsets by eating outside at the third dining space.
Get some private work done in the office with another TCL SmartTV. Let the sun shine through the large windows to bring you inspiration.
Bedrooms & Bathrooms
Master bedroom with a king bed & en-suite bathroom. Get ready or settle down using the double sinks, double mirrors, a separate shower, and tub.
Most guest bedrooms are fitted with a queen bed and TCL SmartTVs. One bedroom does not have a tv. The flow of decor from one room to another brings interchangeable design touches that make each room unique. Guests share a bathroom with an open-door shower.
There is a queen sleep sofa in the office for additional sleep space.
House Rules
Pool and landscape vendors access the home once per week and have access to the backyard. Service days have the possibility of changing and do occur up to two times a week.
*If you create your reservation between the months of November 1st-May 1st pool heat will be included but the temperature is not guaranteed due to ambient weather temperature. If you book your reservations outside of these dates pool heat is optional and an additional $40/daily.
No pets allowed
Quiet hours are enforced from 9pm-9am
This rental property is not used for Nuisance Parties or Unlawful Gatherings.
*We do our best to ensure guests have a 5 star experience. Guests will be provided with a start up supply of household items such as laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, etc so that upon check in you do not need to run to the store. If your stay is longer than a few days you will need to bring these items with you. Thank you!
