The 4,746sf main house includes 4 bedrooms, each of which is decorated with the utmost care, and feels as welcoming and inviting as your rooms at home. You’ll find the master bedroom comes with a king bed as well as a fireplace and tv, making it a great place to sneak off to when you need some time alone, or for the night owls out there who want to stay up with the rising moon. This bedroom also features a private bathroom complete with a walk-in shower, but also a jet 16ft high rotunda master bath shower/tub view with a mountain view, which makes for a perfect way to end one’s day before retiring to the comfortable bed. The rest of the bedrooms are just as lovely and range from queens to two bunk beds for the little ones coming along. Thus, you can rest easy knowing that not only is Casa De Camelback a lovely place to stay with plenty of amenities but can easily house you and all your guests. 

Location

This property is conveniently located just 10 -15 minutes from Old Town Scottsdale, and 20-25 minutes to the beautiful TPC Scottsdale Champions Golf Course, Kierland Commons shopping, and Mayo Clinic Hospital.
 
House Rules

• Quiet hours 9 pm-9 am. 

• Pool heat is an additional $150.00 + tax daily 

• Pets considered for a $200 nonrefundable pet fee each (maximum of 2)

• No cars in street. Max 4 cars in the driveway. Subject to fines. 

• For safety and security purposes this home does have cameras on the front of the house. 

• Landscapers and pool vendors have access to the backyard to do work on their scheduled days. Monday pool service. Service days have the possibility of changing and do occur up to two times a week.

• A laundry bag will be dropped off 1-2 days prior to departure. No need to worry, please leave it where it has been placed.

• This rental property is not used for Nuisance Parties or Unlawful Gatherings.
