Welcome to your getaway at The Dillon.
This spacious home is ready for you year round in gorgeous Scottsdale, Arizona near Old Town Scottsdale. The fun details throughout the home make this a hip and modern spot to vacation in.
***Pool heat is included! Pool will be heated to 80 degrees but temperatures cannot be guaranteed due to ambient temperatures***
Living Areas & Fun
Hang around with your friends and family in the open area living room connected to the dining and updated kitchen. There is a beautiful statement fireplace in the dining room that is for decorative purposes only, black & white modern art, and bench seating around the large multi-purpose table. Find two surprises when lifting the table top. Go from eating, to playing ping-pong or shoot some pool while watching television! Or take a seat in the cow print couch lounge chairs and enjoy the entertainment.
Bedrooms & Bathrooms
Two twin beds decorated with overhead gold lighting, the Seven Magic Mountains framed image, and a tribal rug make up the first bedroom to the right. Make your way to the second bedroom on the right, which provides an elevated queen sized bed decorated with a black and white ambiance. These two rooms share a bathroom.
The master bedroom is room with its king sized bed, dresser, and television. This bedroom has a flex pace which has a twin daybed with a trundle bed underneath. Your master-suite also has a beautiful bathroom with a two sink vanity, rainfall and hand held option walk-in shower. In addition, you will have access to the backyard from the room.
Pool and Grounds
The Private backyard features a covered patio, resort style pool and built in BBQ area, a great place to entertain or relax w/ family & friends. There are several pool loungers around to soak in the sun.

Nice neighborhood located close to Old Town, Downtown Tempe for GREAT dining, shopping & entertainment. Close to 101 for easy valley wide access.

Pool and landscape vendors access the home once per week and have access to the back yard
No pets allowed
Quiet hours are enforced from 9pm-9am
* We do our best to ensure guests have a 5 star experience. Guests will be provided with a start up supply of household items such as laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper etc so that upon check in you do not need to run to the store. If you are staying longer than a few days you will need to purchase these items. Thank you!
