White Lightning Ranch offers you a refreshing farm house getaway in this 3,652 sq. ft., 5 bedrooms & 3 bathroom home with vaulted ceilings, open space for the kids and amenities that will cater to anyone in the group.
Living Areas
Enter White Lightning Ranch's beautiful seating area where you have a spot to converse separate from the living room with 2 lounge seating chairs, but still connected through the open wall view of the kitchen where there's two seats.
The living room area is made for being inclusive of fun and relaxation with its foosball, pool table, and neutral decor with surprising pops of color. Watch TV with Hulu Live on the leather brown couch and blue seating. Stay connected with others outside with large windows and access to the yard.
Kitchen & Dining
This alley-style kitchen has its own unique flair to it with it's exposed bricks around the stove top. The kitchen is a great spot for everyone to make delicious food and lasting memories. The blue dining room accommodates 8 guests around the wood farm-style table with its white decor and metal finishes.
Bedrooms
Master Bedroom is a beautiful escape that pairs various wood finishes with contrasting colors for decor and dark touches of furniture. Wake up in the morning with direct views and access through the French patio doors to the pool and yard area.
Get a good night's rest in the guest rooms' queen beds and bunk beds. There is a Xbox One with Game Pass available for guest usage.
Backyard Amenities
The fun does not stop on the inside; there's plenty to do outside too! Relax in the sparkling pool, by the pool on the loungers and seating, or watch the kids play on their own playground. Have a cookout with the BBQ and enjoy your time lounging on the additional patio furniture. There are bikes on the property for guest usage; please be careful while using.

Pool and landscape vendors access the home once per week and have access to the back yard.

Guests will be provided with a start-up supply of household items such as laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, etc, so that upon check-in you do not need to run to the store.
