Mitchell Retreat is a three bedroom, two bathroom home in the center of Scottsdale. Impeccably decorated and filled with the natural lighting of the Arizona sun; each room will provide you with comfort and peace.
Outdoor Living
The impressive grounds will invite you to relax and play while enjoying incredible views of palm trees all around. Help yourself to the mature citrus fruit trees that nearly always have grapefruit and oranges available. The pool, putting green, basketball court, and outdoor seating areas will be uninterrupted, as this area is a quiet getaway from the hustle and bustle. Mitchell Retreat is minutes away from Old Town Scottsdale's entertainment, restaurants, and nightlife options!

House Rules
*Pool and landscape vendors access the home once per week and have access to the back yard
*Pets considered for $200 (non-refundable) per pet fee
* Pool OR spa heat need to be requested and require additional fees// $40 per day * This is an electric pool heater- depending on outside temperatures; the pool or spa may feel colder than expected. *
*Quiet hours are enforced from 9pm-9am
*We do our best to ensure guests have a 5 star experience. Guests will be provided with a start up supply of household items such as laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper etc so that upon check in you do not need to run to the store. If your stay is longer than a few days you will need to bring these items with you. Thank you
