Morgan Wallen: One Night at a Time World Tour
Everyone knows that country is a huge part of Texas’s live music industry so when one of country music’s biggest artists comes to play it is a big deal. Do not miss out on Morgan Wallen coming to Houston this spring for his One Night at a Time World Tour. Morgan Wallen has supplied some of the country’s biggest hits over the years and is practically guaranteed to play all of your favorites at this upcoming show. The event will take place at Minute Maid Park in Houston on Friday, May 31st. Doors open at 5:30 PM for an incredible outdoor music event. If country is not your music of choice fret not as the spring season has plenty of live musical performances coming to Galveston and Houston. Perhaps the biggest show of the year will be the queen Taylor Swift herself taking the stage at NRG Park in Houston on April 23rd. Soul Flower Music Festival
Make sure to visit Houston just before the spring season comes to a close in early June for the annual Soul Flower Music Festival. This unforgettable experience showcases national and local R&B, soul, and hip-hop artists for a day of musical performances. The event takes place at Discovery Green Park so you can enjoy the spring sunshine and fellow music lovers around you. This year’s event will take place on June 17th from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
Improv Houston Presents Rob Schneider
Come laugh with us this spring holiday with a stand-up performance from Rob Schneider. You may have seen him in a variety of comedy movies or caught him when he was a part of NL. Rob Schneider continues to be a landmark comedian who will be hitting the floor at Improv Houston for a two-night event. This standup performance is guaranteed to have you reeling on the floor with laughter. This event will take place on March 30th and 31st for a total of three performances. Tickets start at $75 per table and are currently available.
Lyte Sky Lantern Festival
Help Houston “lyte” up the night sky by joining in the fun at the Lyte Sky Lantern Festival. This annual event helps fill the Houston horizon with beautiful paper lanterns as they drift into the sunset. Thousands of paper lanterns will be shown off and float off into the sky. The festival uses only eco-friendly 100% biodegradable sky lanterns so you do not have to worry about leftover scraps polluting the ground. Each admission ticket will get you into the festival and include a paper lantern too. Each lantern is a beautiful work of art and will dazzle in the night sky. We Are One Festival
The music and arts festival We Are One was initially scheduled to take place on November 12th and 13th but was delayed. Now the event is scheduled to take place this spring and provide an incredible array of live music acts. Come see some of the biggest music acts today such as Dababy and Gucci Mane take the stage at Eleanor Tinsley Park in Houston. You will see a vivid display of lights and sounds that accompany the music performances for an unreal experience.
